  • DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
    Luxe Bridal is { By Appointment ONLY } We like to give each of our brides our undivided attention, which means appointments are always preferred. We will try to accommodate brides without appointments at last minute notice, however, will depend based on stylist availability.
  • HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
    Your private appointment is 60 minutes. As we are by appointment only, you will have the bridal lounge to yourself & your guests to enjoy.
  • HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    We can accommodate 3 guests & the bride comfortably in our bridal lounge. You will want to bring guests who understand your style & give supportive feedback.
  • WHAT DEPOSIT DO I NEED TO PAY ON THE DAY?
    A 60% deposit is required to order your dress. The balance must be paid in 3 monthly instalments from the date of invoice via direct deposit, cash or credit card.
  • WHAT SIZE ARE YOU SAMPLE GOWNS?
    Our sample gowns range from a size 6 - 20. Each designer has a different size chart & ordering size available, please ask if there is a specific gown of interest.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY DRESS TAKE TO ORDER?
    Our dresses on average take 6 months to be delivered. Rush orders can be placed at an additional charge. We highly recommend ordering your gown no later than 10-12 months out from your wedding date as you need to allow 2-3 months for alterations.
  • WILL MY DRESS NEED ALTERATIONS?
    Our dresses are made to order, not made to measure. It is probable alterations will be needed. Please note that Luxe Bridal do not offer alteration work, however we can recommend a local seamstress to complete your alterations.
  • CAN I PURCHASE A GOWN OTR? {OFF THE RACK}
    Yes absolutely, we have a sample sale rack that are available to purchase & take your gown home on the day. Please note full payment is due on the day & we do not hold gowns.
